Lascanod Solar Project
Design, supply and installation of a 1.4MWp solar PV plant and upgrade of an existing plant.
The Lascanod Solar Project is a 1.4MWp solar PV plant. The PV plant will supplement an existing Diesel Generator plant. The main goal of this plant will be to drive current electrical prices down and improve the socio-economic situation of the people in Lascanod. The PV system will produce the bulk of the power to the city of Lascanod during day time and will be fully integrated into the exiting infrastructure. The plant will also be remotely monitored for performance, efficiency and to assist in preventative maintenance.
The project included a full PV system including the PV modules, Mounting System, Cabling, inverter rooms, Switchgear, Transformers and controls.
