GCC Permian LLC engaged EPCM Consultants USA to design and construct a new access road from West Murphy Road to the silo area at their Odessa, Texas facility.
EPCM was appointed to provide engineering, procurement, and construction services for the project, which included road crossings for underground water infrastructure and full compliance with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) standards.
The scope featured civil works, concrete pavement, storm drainage, lighting, and signage. EPCM also managed all permitting, inspections, and safety protocols, ensuring seamless execution with minimal disruption to ongoing plant operations.
