Description of the project:
EPCM was appointed as the technical transactional advisor to support the Central Energy Fund (iGas), Transnet and IPC with the potential acquisition of the Sasol gas distribution and transmission pipeline network in South Africa. EPCM was part of the team providing technical-, legal- and financial advisory services to the client.
