Supply of 1 off new Bohrmeister BM400DTH-CR plus track-mounted multi-purpose drill rig, that can drill down to 250m horizontally and 400m vertically from 5 degrees off horizontal plane, in 5 degree increments up to 90 degrees in the vertical plane.
BM400DTH-CR PLUS DRILLING RIG
The Drilling rig is a multi-purpose 45T Track mounted (2 speed drive with park brakes) rig, capable of drilling DTH & RC. With a heavy duty multi-purpose drill head.
On board this rig we offer:
Cummins 200Kw, 6-cylinder water cooled engine with an open circuit LS Hydraulic piston pump and valve banks to drive all hydraulic systems.
Automatic Hands Free Rod handler unit with Rod magazine (250m of 114,3 x 6m drill rod)
Operator will have an Air Conditioned, sound dampening Cab with certified ROPS and FOPS.
10m Mast leaf chains driven with a 20T Pull back capacity, 7,5m stroke. (Drilling angles from -5 to + 90 degree.)
This rig will be fully automatic able to control it from a bench controlled cabin or via a wireless remote of up to 20m away. Cabin will be fitted with a camera system to see all the working angles of the rig.
On board Compressor (1200cfm, 24bar), On board Dust collector, Wireline winch, Utility Winch, Fire suppression, Mud pump for wet dust suppression and 1200l diesel tank fitted with wiggins quick fill system.
Trouble shooting Diagnostic system to ease fault finding on the rig may it be on the compressor blockage in the pipe lines etc.
