Senegal Minergy Port (SMP) is a company established to undertake the development of the Port of Bargny-Sendou. The project was initiated to support the large import and export volumes of mineral, hydrogen and cereal products in and out of Senegal.
A section of the project includes the development of a product pipeline to import fuel from the loading arms on the jetty to the storage facility before it is distributed to various clients. EPCM Consultants (Pty) Ltd (EPCM) was tasked with the completion of the detailed engineering designs for the jetty topsides.
The project includes the completion of the detailed engineering designs for the jetty topsides, which include four (4) aboveground fuel import and export pipelines that run to/from the loading arms to the storage facility.
