The Project Management Consulting Firm shall be to lead the execution of Client’s projects, mentor and effectively engage TPDC’s Engineers in the implementation of different midstream and downstream natural gas projects, which will be undertaken in Mtwara, Lindi, Pwani, Dar es Salaam, and any other Region within the country for a period of two years. Midstream and downstream projects include the following phases;
- Project planning and designing phase: In this phase, the main activities are preparation of inception report, Detailed Engineering Design and Statement of Works for the procurement of a Contractor; and
- Construction Phase: In this phase, the main activities are review of the proposed design by the contractors, supervision of the construction works for connection of gas to various identified customers. The activity also involves testing, commissioning and preparation of as built drawings.
