Overview

EPCM Holdings’ non-destructive testing (NDT) testing and heat treatment teams have over thirty-five years of experience. Predominantly in the oil & gas, petrochemical, mining and railroad industries.

NDT is a broad group of testing and analysis techniques used by industry to evaluate the properties of a material, component, structure or system for characteristic differences or welding defects and discontinuities without causing damage to the original part.

NDT ensures the safe and efficient operation of equipment and assets by detecting defects before they result in severe damage and ensuring compliance with international standards. Resulting in plant assets and products remaining operational, reliable and safe. Heat Treatment

Heat Treatment is the controlled heating and cooling of metals to alter their physical and mechanical properties without changing the product shape. Heat treatment is sometimes done inadvertently due to manufacturing processes that heat or cool the metal, such as welding or forming.
