Our team specialises in designing, specifying, procuring, calibrating, installing, piping, loop checking, fabrication, construction, commissioning and maintaining instrumentation and control systems for a wide range of industrial and commercial process control applications. Ensuring that your plant operates safely and efficiently.

In a modern industrial operation, the control system touches every piece of equipment and every instrument in the plant. Nothing will be conveyed, ground, classified, pumped, floated, roasted, calcined, or dried until the plant’s control system is operationally ready.

Typical service areas include:

Electrical Engineering (low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV)

MV and LV supply and distribution, MV substations, power factor correction, overhead power lines and ETAP, peripherals for offices, data centre electrical requirements and UPS systems.

We also specialise in security and safety systems. These include lightning protection and earthing, security and alarm systems, external and security lighting, access control, fire detection and closed-circuit television.

Control and Instrumentation

Flow, pressure, level and temperature calculation and monitoring for a wide range of liquids and gases, valve sizing and orifice plate calculations, Safety Integrity Level (SIL) calculations, hazardous area classification and intrinsic safe loop design and certification.

Control and communication services include Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, radio-based telemetry networks, industrial satellite-based remote monitoring and Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) panel layout and design.

Full instrumentation and control design, installation commissioning and maintenance services. Factory & site acceptance tests of control & instrumentation packages.

Information and Communication Technologies

Terrestrial radio, fibre-optic systems and networks, GSM for industrial applications and narrowband satellite communications.

Applications include calculation and data processing via SCADA systems for process plants, advanced reporting from historian systems, server data duplication, record keeping and retrieval, the transmission of general documentation and process test transmissions for set-point comparison and alarm systems.
